Shipping & Returns


  1. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  2. We ship all over Egypt within 2-4 business days.

  3. All delivery estimates are from the shipping confirmation date.

  4. Our team asks for 2 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hrs for your tracking number to show movement.

  5. Please note, any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Sunday. If any changes must be made, please contact us at

  6. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will begin processing on the following business day.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Sunkissed order, we accept returns and exchanges of any unworn, unwashed items in pristine condition and in their original packaging and with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. 

Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied:

    1. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

    2. Except for any products designated on the site as non-exchangeable or final sale, we will accept exchanges or return of unworn, unwashed items in new condition in their original packaging and with the original tags and hygienic liners attached.

      1. Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - exchanged or returned items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed.

      2. Please try on your Sunkissed items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

      3. Exchanged or returned items must be sent in their original packaging.

    3. To request an exchange or return, you can contact us at within 7 days from receiving your order

      1. In the email, please send us your order number, the reason for the exchange or return, and what you want to exchange it for in the case of exchanging.

      2. For hygiene reasons, you must upload images of the item(s) being exchanged or returned in order for us to process the request. Please include pictures of the original tags and hygienic liners attached as well.

      3. We need to accept your exchange or return request first before we send our courier to pick up your returned item(s)

      4. If items exchanged or returned don't meet the exchange or return policy requirements or don't match with the images sent in the exchange/return request, we may refuse your exchange/return request and we will return the item(s) back and you will be charged for the delivery fee.

    4. When you submit an exchange or return, it is not processed until your request is accepted and the returned item(s) has been sent back to us. Once your request is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email of the new order or refund.

    5. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly in the original packaging so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address.

    6. Please note that we don't accept exchanges or returns after the 7-day timeframe

    7. Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned and you will be charged the shipping fee for the return order. The shipping fee of EGP 57 will be deducted from the total amount paid in your original order.

    8. We offer free exchange service on all orders meeting our policy. 

* Items that are marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
